Cryolipolysis Treatment

We work with the most advanced cryolipolysis device, the Clatuu Alpha, for optimal fat removal. During the treatment, applicators are placed on the area to be treated, where they effectively act on the fat cells for 50 minutes. At first, this may feel tight and cold, but after about 10 minutes, the cold numbs the skin. During the session you can relax by, for example, watching a series, doing work on your phone, or just sitting quietly on your cell phone. The final result is visible after 8 to 12 weeks.

After removing the applicators, the treated area will be massaged and you will receive the necessary aftercare. The difference in size usually becomes visible after about 6 weeks, after which we take photos after 8 weeks to evaluate the result. The final result is achieved after a maximum of 12 weeks. Cryolipolysis treatment with Clatuu Alpha is virtually painless and has little to no side effects. However, the treated area may continue to feel sensitive and slightly sore for several weeks. The treatment can be reapplied to the same area every 10 to 12 weeks, as the body needs time to break down and dispose of the crystallized fat cells.

Want to tackle your whole body in just 150 minutes? You can! During one 50-minute session, we can place two applicators at the same time, with a maximum of 6 applicators in total. This means that the full treatment time can be 150 minutes. Extensive Choice of Areas to be Treated

Cryolipolysis is a very effective method for reducing soft fat on various parts of the body. The following areas are generally excellent for treatment:

Here are our six tips to get the best results:

• Drink plenty of water. Sufficient hydration helps your body dispose of broken-down fat cells faster.
• Use support products. These, as discussed earlier in the article, can increase the effectiveness of treatment.
• Massage the skin daily after treatment. This helps accelerate the removal of the destroyed fat cells.
• Stay active and exercise regularly. This not only prevents weight gain, but also supports the removal of fat cells, both during and after treatment.
• Eat healthy and in moderation. Although cryolipolysis effectively destroys fat cells, other fat cells can refill if you eat too much.
• Avoid alcohol in the first few weeks after treatment. Your body will have to process the alcohol first, which can slow down the removal of fat cells.

Natural Drainage of Fat Cells

Cryolipolysis uses controlled cooling to lower the temperature of fat cells in the treated area. When the temperature drops, the fat cells undergo a process called crystallization, where they literally freeze. This process triggers natural apoptosis, in which the fat cells die and are then disposed of naturally by the body. Regular exercise and drinking enough water are crucial to best support this process.

Cryolipolysis is based on the principle of “selective cryolipolysis.” This means that only fat cells are affected by cooling, while surrounding tissues and structures remain unaffected. This is because fat cells are more sensitive to cold temperatures than other cells in the body. This allows the Cryolipolysis treatment to effectively break down fat cells in the treated area without harming the surrounding skin and tissues.
